Policies

2-Month Session Window

All purchased sessions must be completed within two months from the date of purchase.

24-Hr Reschedule Window

Client reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Inside 24 hours, the session is used.

3-Hr Weather Notice

For weather cancellations, Troy provides a minimum of three hours' notice and the session returns to your balance.
