For 1:1 and group coaching, yes — sessions are in-person in the Boca Raton and Palm Beach County area. If you're not local, you're welcome to travel. For a remote option, the Infield Evaluation is available to players anywhere. Camps are national and will be posted as they are confirmed.

Fill out the registration form on the Coaching page. Troy will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm details and schedule your first session. If you have questions before registering, email troy@abovetheshoulders.org or use the contact form here.

1:1 sessions are typically 60 minutes, and Group sessions are 90 minutes. Troy may adjust based on your goals.

No. Package sessions have no time limit. Use them at your own pace.

Yes. Drop-in sessions are available for both 1:1 ($100) and group coaching ($90). If you decide to commit to a package after a drop-in, purchase a package or ask Troy.

1:1 coaching has no age restrictions. For group coaching, ages 8–12 train together and ages 13+ train together.

Registration opens as camps are confirmed. Join the waitlist on the Camps page to be notified first.
