Troy Marrow spent years developing his craft inside professional baseball organizations coaching in the Baltimore Orioles organization and working in the front office for the San Francisco Giants.
He didn't build The Infield Factory to put a name on a website. He built it because he knows what it actually takes to develop elite infielders, and he couldn't find anyone else offering that work at the level players deserve.

Our training sessions aren’t built around random drills or keeping players “busy.” Every drill has a purpose and is tied directly to how infielders move, throw and make decisions in a game. The goal is to create adaptable infielders who can transfer what they learn in training directly into the game.
